Postcard Mailing Services
Order our Postcard Mailing Services after you have ordered our custom postcards and you are ready to mail.
Before using this Mailing Service, you should have already been notified that your postcards are printed and ready at our warehouse. You should have also been emailed a "Carrier Route" document that shows the
# active residential households in each zip code you service. Now, you are ready to mail some or all of these postcards!
Mailing Cost
We charge $0.25 per postcard mailed, plus a $10 Mailing Service Fee. (Example: 1000 postcards x $0.25 each + $10.00 Service Fee = $260 to mail 1000 postcards).
How to Order Mailing Services
Follow the steps below. *** Remember, you can always call us to order mailing of your postcards as well.
1) Postal Carrier Routes: Enter the 5-digit Zip Code and Carrier Route(s) that you want to mail (separate by a dash). (Example: For Zip Code "99999" and Carrier Route "C007" you would enter: 99999-C007) If you are mailing to more than one carrier route, list them all separated by commas. (Example: 99999-C007, 99999-C008, 99999-C009).
2) Postcard FileName: Enter your Postcard FileName. When you approved your custom postcard, there was a postcard FileName listed. This identifies the exact postcard we are mailing. (Example: "1001-PC-CU02-Rev01").
3) QTY: Don't leave at qty 1 !!! Enter the quantity of postcards you want to mail (should be the sum of the Active Residential Households in the carrier routes you want to mail with this mailing order). (See minimum quantity note below)
4) Press "Add to Cart" button.
5) Complete your order, including payment information
6) We will confirm the quantity of postcards you entered matches the sum of the Active Residential Carrier route(s) residential households and contact you if there are any discrepancies.
7) We will process your order and mail out your postcards.
8) We will continue to store any remaining postcards in our warehouse for your next mailing (up to 1 year from printing order date).
Mailing Budget
Remember, you may have printed 10,000 postcards to lower your printing cost per piece. However, you do not have to mail all 10,000 postcards right away. When you order this mailing service, you are just ordering how many you want to mail out right now. So, you may only want to mail out 1000 postcards now and store the remaining 9,000 postcards in our warehouse. This allows you to budget your marketing. You decide the quantity and time frame of when you want to mail!
Minimum Quantity Note
We do have a minimum Mailing Service quantity of 1000 postcards. You must mail at least 1000 postcards at a time. To qualify for our corporate bulk rates and to give you the processing service you require, we need to have at least 1000 postcards mailed at a time. Exception: If you have less than 1000 postcards remaining in our warehouse, we will allow you to mail the remaining postcards with an additional $10 Small Order Mailing Fee. However, there must be more than 500 postcards mailed with this exception.
