CleanCraft Products, Inc. sells a large variety of equipment, chemicals, and supplies. Please see below for the return policy of the products we sell.
CleanCraft Brand Chemicals:
CleanCraft Products, Inc. provides a 15 day money-back guarantee on all CleanCraft brand chemicals for professional cleaners. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products for any reason, CleanCraft will provide a complete refund (including shipping back to us).
The return of CleanCraft Brand Chemicals must follow these guidelines:
1) Original customer must contact CleanCraft Products, Inc. at 800-525-3261 within 15 days of the invoice date and receive a Return Authorization Number.
2) CleanCraft will issue a call tag for product pick-up.
3) Customer must securely package products to be returned, and must write the RA # on both the outside of the box and on a piece of paper inside the box.
4) Chemical products must have a significant amount of product still in the original bottle.
5) Product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or reciept.
Janitorial Supplies:
CleanCraft Products, Inc. will allow the return of supplies that CleanCraft Products, Inc. classifies as "Janitorial Supplies" within 7 days of the invoice date. The items must be "Stock" items classified by CleanCraft Products, Inc., and the total amount of returned items from the invoice must be less than $500.00. 15% Restocking Fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
The return of Janitorial Supplies must follow these guidelines:
1) Original customer must contact CleanCraft Products, Inc. at 800-525-3261 within 7 days of the invoice date and receive a Return Authorization Number.
2) All return items must be in the original case packaging and in brand new condition (no labels or writing on items or packaging.
3) Customer must write the RA # on the Shipping Label of each box being returned.
4) Customer must ship (at the customer's expense) return items to the address CleanCraft Products, Inc. provides no longer than 3 days after receiving the RA #.
Equipment, Tools, & Other Supplies:
Since customers expect only brand new equipment, tools, & supplies when they purchase from CleanCraft Products, Inc., there is a no return policy on equipment, tools, and supplies. We cannot sell equipment as new, if it was returned. Equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
